Prenatal Yoga has the potential for being an essential part of a woman's wellbeing during pregnancy. This special program has been designed for those crucial months of physical transformation. You will learn to breathe and move in ways specific to supporting your body during pregnancy, in addition to connecting deeply with your baby. This program will also teach techniques for reducing discomfort and pain, building strength and stamina, and increasing mental focus and vitality.
No experience necessary.
This program will help you:
* Relax and reduce anxiety
* Build and maintain core strength
* Maintain or increase range of motion and flexibility
* Support the endocrine system for balancing hormones
* Connect with other women in your community
