Prenatal Yoga has the potential for being an essential part of a woman's wellbeing during pregnancy. This special program has been designed for those crucial months of physical transformation. You will learn to breathe and move in ways specific to supporting your body during pregnancy, in addition to connecting deeply with your baby. This program will also teach techniques for reducing discomfort and pain, building strength and stamina, and increasing mental focus and vitality.
Pre registration is desired. Our classes will be limited in size.
- July 14 to September 15
- 9 weeks Every Sunday
- 11:30 am to 12:30 pm
- $180 per person for the full 9 -week program
- Choose a minimum of 4 Classes for only $100.
