Cancelation & Refund Policies at Yoga Rock Studios
We price our packages, memberships, workshops and trainings with integrity and community wellbeing in mind. From time to time we may offer discount to help support our community practice and to help off-set some of the costs associated with getting the support and training needed for your wellbeing. We are truly devoted to attracting members who want to transform their body, mind and spirit with the practice of Yoga, and believe that the more people who do yoga, the better chances we have for transforming our community and world.

We ask that when you purchase a class package or workshop or training at Yoga Rock, you look at it like a contribution to the health and well being of our organization and community at large so we can stay in business and do good in the world. Thank you.

RULES FOR PACKAGES, UNLIMITED PRE PAYS & AUTO PAYS

Intro Unlimited
Membership entitles a discount on the U-Rock Unlimited if purchased in Studio, and before New Member membership is expired.
Membership begins on first visit and lasts for 30 days.
Membership can not be shared, transferred, extended or suspended.

U-Rock Unlimited Membership 
Must agree to allow Yoga Rock to charge credit card on a monthly basis.
Cancelation with-in the first 3 months will result in pro-rated charge to credit card plus retro payment of applied discounts.
After 3 months, requested cancellations will occur on the last day of the current month.
Membership can not be extended or shared between members
Memberships can be paused for up to 30 days from the point of the following payment due, 1 time per year.
Any suspensions or terminations of memberships may result in default to current pricing upon return.

Unlimited Rocker Pre-Pay Memberships
Pre-pays begin on the start date selected at time of purchase and lasts for the number of months pre-paid.
Pre-pays can not be shared, extended or suspended.
Remaining balance on Membership can be transferred to another member up to 1 time, and can not be transferred back.

Regular Class Packages
Classes can be shared between members
Classes can be transferred or gifted to other members up to 1x, but not transferred back.
Our system will automatically expire class packages six months from the purchase date.
Reactivation of expired classes will be made upon request, and with the purchase of a new package.
Class packages that have been abandoned six months after expiration may not eligible for reactivation.

Special Classes
Classes will expire after Special Class is no longer offered
Special Class packages are not eligible for sharing or transfer
In some cases, Special Class credits can be used for regular classes
