Jodi Fitzgibbons, certified Kids Yoga instructor with more than 20 years experience teaching grade school level kids, brings you a great option for a positive weekly activity during the summer months for your child, while giving you a mid day break!
Jodi is passionate about yoga and the amazing benefits its brought her over the last decade of practice, and is committed to bringing this transformative and fun practice to young people!
These sessions will give your kids the opportunity to be active in a non-competitive and low-impact manner, while learning and experiencing the benefits of yoga. The practice of yoga teaches kids how to join physical poses with breathing techniques, which supports the development of mindful focus, emotional balance, and deep relaxation. Yoga encourages high self-esteem and a positive body image, while reducing anxiety and stress.

Dates / Time:
- January 14, 16, 21, 23, 28, 30, February 4, 6,11, 13
- Meets every Tuesday & Thursday for 5 weeks
- 4:00 to 5:00 pm
- $180 per child for 10 session
- $100 per child for 5 sessions
