Yoga Basics For Everyone | 60 Minutes This is perfect for anyone who has been wanting to start a practice, but doesn’t feel quite ready to join a regular class. This will be a slower paced session with room for questions and answers on basic yoga postures, proper alignment, breathing techniques, as well as the emotional and physical benefits that come with a yoga practice. This class is good for anyone wanting to try yoga for the first time, or those who haven’t been on the mat for while and want to ease back into their practice.
Flow One | 75 Minutes Our Flow I classes concentrate on basic poses, breath and alignment for the beginning or intermediate student regardless of age, flexibility, or current physical practice.
Flow For All Levels | 75 minutes This is a full body workout, and a moderately paced flow. Instruction will include a wider range of poses with suggested modiﬁcations for both beginning and intermediate students.
Slo Flow | 60 Minutes Whether you are new to yoga, or just need an easy way to get back into your practice, our Slo Flow Yoga class will support the development of a strong foundation in yoga traditions by focusing on the most common poses in vinyasa flow and hatha yoga sequences. This class is good for any level.
Gentle Flow & Gentle Yin | 60/75 Minutes Sometimes we need a little gentleness in our practice. Instruction is given in a mild and slow pace, centering on mostly floor stretches and poses that are easy and gentle on the body and spirit. This class is good for every body!
SPECIAL CLASSES & WORKSHOPS While all of our classes are based on Flow, we offer special classes and sessions that incorporate themes and/or provide different approaches to working on the body and mind through Yoga.
